Can I start for free?

Yes, when Notexa launches. Our Free plan will include all features and 300 minutes of transcription per month — a great fit for occasional meetings. Recording will be unlimited.

How does billing work?

You pay the price shown for your chosen plan and billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically at that rate — no hidden fees and no introductory price that jumps at renewal.

What happens when I reach my plan limits?

On Free and Flow, you can keep recording, access your existing transcripts and notes, and continue using AI with them. To transcribe new recordings, upgrade your plan or wait until your monthly allowance resets. Power includes unlimited transcription.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime. If you subscribed on the web, manage your plan in your account settings. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage it through that store’s subscription settings.

What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?

All your recordings, transcripts, and notes stay available. Only your monthly transcription allowance changes when the downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is completely free, with no credit card required and no time limit. It’s a free plan, not a trial.
